Sections marked Admin require Manager-level access or higher. Contact your system administrator if you don't see these options in your portal.
Dashboard Overview
Your employee dashboard provides a quick snapshot of your workload and overall portal activity. It displays key metrics and recent items to help you prioritize your day.

Dashboard Stats
The dashboard shows four main stats at the top:
| Stat | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Active Tasks | Tasks assigned to you that are due within the next 30 days. Helps you focus on what's coming up soon. |
| Overdue Tasks | Tasks past their due date (within the last 90 days). Older auto-generated tasks are excluded to keep the count meaningful. |
| Pending Tickets | Support tickets from your assigned clients that are waiting for your response. |
| Compliance Rate | Percentage of tasks completed on time within the selected date range. |
Date Range Filter
The dashboard includes a date range filter to help you scope your view:
- This Month — shows data for the current calendar month.
- Last 30 Days — rolling 30-day window.
- This Quarter — current fiscal quarter (Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sep, Oct-Dec).
- Last 3 Months — rolling 90-day window.
- Year to Date — from January 1st to today.
The charts and compliance rate automatically update when you change the date range. Use this to analyze trends, review recent performance, or zoom in on a specific period.

What the Charts Show
The dashboard includes visual charts scoped to your selected date range:
- Task Status Breakdown — distribution of tasks by status (pending, in progress, waiting on client, completed).
- Workload by Client — which clients have the most active tasks assigned to you.
- Compliance Progress — how many tasks are on track vs. overdue.
These charts help you spot bottlenecks and prioritize your work at a glance.
