Calendar
What the Calendar Shows
The Calendar view displays your tasks on a visual calendar, organized by due date. It's a quick way to see what's coming up this week, what's overdue, and how your workload is distributed across the month.
Use it alongside the task list to plan your day and prioritize what needs attention first.

How to Access the Calendar
Click Calendar in the sidebar to open the calendar view.
Monthly and Weekly Views
Toggle between Monthly and Weekly views using the buttons at the top of the calendar:
- Monthly view — see the whole month at a glance. Tasks appear as colored blocks on their due date.
- Weekly view — zoom in on the current week. Easier to read when you have many tasks due on the same day.
Use the Previous and Next arrows to navigate to different months or weeks.

Color Coding
Tasks are color-coded by status or priority (depending on your view settings):
| Color | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green | Task is completed. |
| Blue | Task is in progress. |
| Yellow | Task is pending (not started yet). |
| Red | Task is overdue. |
If you prefer color coding by priority, switch to Priority View in the calendar settings dropdown.
Using the Calendar for Workload Planning
The calendar is especially useful for:
- Spotting bottlenecks — if one day has 10 tasks due and the rest of the week is light, you can reschedule or delegate.
- Planning ahead — see what's coming up next week or next month so you can prepare documents or contact clients early.
- Tracking overdue tasks — red blocks are instant visual reminders of what needs urgent attention.
TIP
Use the calendar alongside your notifications and activity feed to build a complete picture of your workload. Start your day with the calendar to see what's due, then check notifications for any new assignments or updates.
