Getting Started
Logging In
Go to the Bizcom Portal URL and sign in with your corporate email address or assigned username. If this is your first login, use the temporary password from your onboarding email and change it immediately under Profile Settings.

Your Dashboard Overview
After logging in, you'll see your employee dashboard. It shows:
- My Tasks — compliance tasks assigned to you, sorted by due date.
- Pending Tickets — support requests from your assigned clients.
- Recent Documents — files recently uploaded or shared.
- Overdue Items — anything past its due date highlighted in red.
Navigation
The sidebar organizes everything into three sections:
- Operations — Tasks, Documents, Support Tickets, Clients
- Management — SLA Scorecard, Staff Workload, Leave, Billing (Admin)
- Settings — Users, Permissions, Service Catalog (Admin)
Click any item in the sidebar to go directly to that page. The active page is highlighted.
Keyboard Shortcuts
Speed up your workflow with these shortcuts:

Quick search
Use Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux) to search clients, tasks, or documents without leaving the current page.
