Time Reports

Open Operations → Time Reports to review tracked work by staff member, client, or individual entry. The date presets and custom range apply to every view.

Detailed Log

The Detailed Log shows one row per task entry, including:

• the entry date;
• separate From (PHT) and To (PHT) times;
• staff member, client, and task;
• duration, entry type, review status, billable status, and notes.

All displayed and exported From–To timestamps use Philippine Time (Asia/Manila, labelled PHT). This fixed display timezone keeps reports consistent when they are viewed or exported from devices in other timezones. Duration is still calculated from the stored entry and is not changed by display formatting.

Export

Export Excel CSV downloads all entries matching the selected date range and your existing permissions. The CSV includes the same From (PHT) and To (PHT) values shown in the Detailed Log, while preserving the existing duration, status, review, billable, and notes columns.

Date-range filtering continues to use the report's existing inclusive server-side date boundaries; adding From–To columns does not change which entries are included.
