Reviewing & Approving Drafts

Before Bizcom submits certain filings on your behalf, they'll prepare a draft for you to review. Your approval is required before anything is filed.

When You Have a Draft to Review

You'll receive an email notification when a draft is ready. The draft will also appear in the Approvals section on your dashboard with an Awaiting Your Review label.

How to Review a Draft

  1. Click the draft in the Approvals section on your dashboard.
  2. Open the attached document and read it carefully.
  3. Check that the details are correct — company name, amounts, dates, and signatures where required.
  4. Choose Approve or Reject.

Approving

Click Approve to confirm the filing is correct. Bizcom will proceed with submission immediately. You'll receive a confirmation email once the filing is done.

Rejecting

If something is wrong, click Reject and type a short note explaining what needs to change. Be specific — for example, "The amount on line 4 should be ₱52,000, not ₱25,000." Bizcom will revise the draft and send it back for your review.

Approval is final

Once you approve, Bizcom will file immediately. Make sure everything is correct before clicking Approve.
