Getting Support
If you have a question, need a document, or ran into an issue, the Support page is the fastest way to reach Bizcom. Click Support in the sidebar to open it.

Opening a Support Request
- Click New Request (or the + button) on the Support page.
- Choose a Request Type that best describes your need:
- General Question — anything you want to ask
- Document Request — need a specific document from Bizcom
- Issue — something isn't working or looks wrong
- Other — anything that doesn't fit the above
- Write a short description. The more detail you give, the faster Bizcom can help.
- Click Submit — your ticket is created instantly.
What Happens Next
Bizcom staff are automatically assigned based on your account. You'll receive an email confirmation with your ticket number. Your assigned officer will respond as soon as possible, usually within one business day.
Tracking Your Tickets
Open the Support page anytime to see all your tickets and their current status:
- Open — being worked on
- Pending — waiting on your reply or additional info
- Resolved — issue closed
Click any ticket to read the conversation thread and add a reply if needed.
TIP
For urgent matters, mention "URGENT" in your request title and follow up by email at solutions@bizcom.ph.
