Documents
The Documents page is where Bizcom shares files with you and where you upload documents when requested. Click Documents in the sidebar to open it.

Documents Bizcom Prepared for You
The top section lists files that Bizcom has shared with you — completed filings, reports, signed forms, and anything else they've prepared on your behalf. Click any file to download it.
Uploading Documents
When Bizcom needs a document from you (e.g., a bank statement, government ID, or signed form), they'll request it through the portal and you'll get an email notification.
- Go to Documents in the sidebar.
- Find the upload request — it'll be highlighted or labelled Requested.
- Click Upload and select your file.
- Click Submit — Bizcom will be notified immediately.
File Types Accepted
The portal accepts the following file types:
- PDF — most common for signed forms and reports
- Images — JPG, PNG (e.g., photos of IDs or receipts)
- Spreadsheets — Excel (.xlsx) and CSV files
File size
Keep uploads under 20 MB per file. If you have a large file, compress it or split it into parts.
After You Upload
Bizcom will review your upload. If everything looks good, they'll mark it as accepted and continue processing. If something's wrong (blurry scan, wrong document, etc.), they'll reject it with a note explaining what to fix — you can then upload a corrected version.
