Compliance Status
The Compliance page shows where your filings are at — month by month, service by service. Click Compliance in the sidebar to open it.

The Monthly Timeline
Each row on the timeline represents one of your services (e.g., payroll, tax filing). Each column is a month. The colored blocks show the current status of that filing for that month.
Think of it as a calendar for your compliance — at a glance, you can see what's done, what's in progress, and what needs you.
Status Labels Explained
The status labels you see on the compliance timeline are dynamic — they depend on the specific workflow (called a "pipeline") that Bizcom uses for each service. Different services may have different step sequences.
That said, most pipelines follow a similar pattern:
| Typical Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Needs Your Action (or similar) | Bizcom needs something from you — a document, approval, or sign-off. |
| We're Working On It (or "In Progress", "Processing", etc.) | Bizcom has what they need and is processing the filing. |
| Scheduled (or "Pending", "Queued") | The filing is queued and will be worked on soon. |
| Done (or "Complete", "Filed") | Filed and complete. Nothing left to do. |
The exact wording depends on how your Bizcom team has configured the workflow for that service. If you're ever unsure what a status means, hover over it for a tooltip or contact your Bizcom officer.
Progress Ring
The circular progress indicator on the left shows your monthly completion percentage — how many of your services are marked Done for the current month. Aim for 100% before month-end.
What to Do When Something Needs Your Action
- Click the colored block labelled Needs Your Action.
- Read the task detail — it will tell you exactly what's needed.
- Upload the required document or take the requested action.
- Bizcom will be notified automatically and will continue the filing.
TIP
If you're unsure what's needed, click the task and check the notes from your Bizcom officer — they'll have left instructions there. The compliance step will also indicate if a document upload or approval is required.
