Your Dashboard
Your dashboard is the first thing you see after logging in. It gives you a snapshot of everything that needs your attention right now.

What You'll See
The dashboard shows four key areas:
- Open Tickets — support requests that are still being worked on.
- Documents — files recently shared with you or awaiting your upload.
- Tasks Needing Attention — compliance items where your action is required.
- Upcoming Deadlines — the next filing or task due date.
"Needs Your Action" Numbers
Any counter labelled Needs Your Action means Bizcom is waiting on you. These might be documents you need to upload, a draft you need to approve, or a form you need to fill in. Click the counter to go directly to the relevant section.
Don't ignore these
Items waiting on your action can delay your filings. Check your dashboard at least once a week.
Approvals Section
If Bizcom has prepared a draft filing for your review, it will appear in the Approvals section on your dashboard. You'll also receive an email notification. See Reviewing & Approving Drafts for the full walkthrough.
Next Deadline
The Next Deadline callout at the top of your dashboard shows the closest upcoming filing or task due date. Keep an eye on this so nothing sneaks up on you.
