Getting Started
Step 1 — Accept Your Invitation
Bizcom will send you an email invitation with a link to activate your account. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from solutions@bizcom.ph. Click the activation link — it's valid for 48 hours.
Step 2 — Set Up Your Password
After clicking the link, you'll be prompted to create a password. Choose something secure (at least 8 characters). You'll use this password every time you log in.
Step 3 — First Login
- Go to the Bizcom Portal URL provided by your account manager.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click Sign In — you'll land on your dashboard.

Forgot your password?
Click Forgot Password on the login page. You'll receive a reset link by email within a few minutes.
Step 4 — Set Up Your Profile
- Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner.
- Select Profile Settings.
- Fill in your full name, phone number, and position.
- Click Save.
Your profile helps Bizcom staff know who they're working with — keep it up to date if your contact details change.
You're All Set
Your dashboard is now ready. Head to Your Dashboard to understand what you're looking at.
